Phase 1: Weight Loss

Reset body to burn fat and lose the weight.

In Phase 1, you’ll strictly follow the Ideal Protein meal plan, which restricts carbohydrates, forcing your body to enter ketosis. This is a safe and natural state in which your body burns stored fat as an alternative energy source, resulting in weight loss!

Phase 1 includes:

  • All your protein meal replacements and supplements

  • Weekly one-on-one coaching

  • Ongoing education

  • Access to cooking and fitness videos

  • Primary care provider communication (if applicable)

  • Weekly progress reports

  • And more!

You’ll remain on Phase 1 until you reach your weight loss goal.

Phase 2: Stabilization

Reset mind to maintain a healthy weight and build healthy habits.

After weight loss, your body fights to regain lost weight by desiring more calories than required. This is where most people fail to manage and maintain weight loss.

In Phase 2, you’ll slowly reintroduce carbs and healthy fats to curb hunger, improve energy, and satisfy cravings.

You and your coach will closely monitor your body’s physical and emotional response to determine your unique Macro Code. This represents your ideal number of protein, fat, and net carbs servings to maintain your weight.

Phase 2 includes:

  • Up to two meal replacements per day

  • Weekly one-on-one coaching

  • Personalized meal plans

  • Primary care provider communication (if applicable)

  • Weekly progress reports

  • And more!

Typically, Phase 2 lasts between 2-8 weeks.

Phase 3: Maintenance

Reset possible and live your fullest, healthiest, best life yet.

Phase 3 is where you set the rules for maintaining your weight within a 5-pound range.

During this 12-month period, you’ll continue to check in with your coach regularly and receive support and guidance on:
